Andrew brings extensive experience in leading and delivering professional services both in the UK and Internationally. Having led accountancy practices, law firms, financial services and large-scale payroll and employment organisations.

Gemma joined Briars in 2006 and plays a dual role within the company. She is the Group CFO and also oversees all technical service delivery and Fractional FD services for our clients. With over two decades of experience in Global Expansion, Gemma offers unparalleled insights to our clients.

Emma joined Briars in 2011 and leads our Client Solutions Teams. With extensive experience in building accounting, payroll, and HR solutions for clients globally, Emma ensures a world-class client experience at every touchpoint.

Helen has 20 years of experience in the software and services industry. She led the Accountants Division at Sage software for most of her career and has spent the last four years developing global expansion solutions in accounting, payroll, and HR services for her clients.

Scott joined Briars at the beginning of 2024 and is our Head of Commercial. He has over 20 years of experience in the international expansion sector, assisting companies like Airbnb and Tesla with their global projects. 

Tracy heads up our People Services team and has been with the firm for 17 years. She has a breadth of international experience covering payroll; accounts, credit control and billing and an in-depth knowledge of our clients. 

Over 20 years experience in finance and team management. Excellence in Business partnering, steering financial operations, and team management. Carmel has a versatile finance background encompassing financial, managerial, FP&A, and supply chain functions. She has worked across different industries and company sizes from very small non-profit's to international giants like Unilever and most recently J&J.

Emma has both UK and International experience including, over 20 years of experience in accounting, payroll and professional services to the contingent workforce. A wealth of Project Management and client management experience in the UK and overseas.
