We are now seeking Spanish-speaking HR and Benefits Consultants to join this selective network.
The Opportunity
This is not a conventional employment role. It’s an opportunity to operate as an independent consultant on your own account while benefitting from Briars’ reputation, frameworks, and access to global projects.
As a Briars Global Network Member, you will:
- Provide HR and employee benefits support to businesses expanding into Spanish-speaking markets (Spain, Latin America, US-based Spanish-speaking populations).
- Advise on employment law, onboarding, policies, and employee relations in line with local requirements.
- Design and implement competitive benefit structures, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness for clients.
- Deliver short-term, project-based assignments with the backing of Briars’ team and commercial frameworks.
- Be incentivised to introduce opportunities into Briars, growing both your pipeline and ours.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent Spanish speaker with strong professional communication in both Spanish and English.
- HR and benefits expertise, ideally across multiple Spanish-speaking jurisdictions.
- Experience advising international or cross-border businesses highly desirable.
- Independent consultant with the ability to work on your own account.
- Collaborative approach, aligned with Briars’ non-negotiable behaviours: Fanatical CX, Guardians of Culture, Trailblazers.
