Partner Relations Manager – Outsourced Professional Services

We are looking for a high performing Partner Relations Manager to focus on 3 key areas all aimed at growing revenues from our Global Partner Network. 

  1. Working with new and existing Partners you will play a key role in generating qualified leads and filling the Sales Pipeline. With support from our Global Solutions Director, Director of Channel Partnerships and our Global Account Managers, you will be involved in each stage of the sales process – From initial prospecting through to close.
  2. Develop and mature partner relations to generate qualified leads and build Briars market presence via joint market activations. Examples include networking events, roundtables, webinars and exhibitions.
  3. Working across both our Ecosystem and Channel Partners you will also use data pots generated through events, digital enquiries, dormant partner accounts and cold outreach to aid the growth of our Global Partner Network. 

This is a metrics-driven role with clearly defined KPI’s supporting you to achieve monthly targets for activity and commercial output. While primarily remote and desk-based, you may occasionally support in-person events and networking activity alongside the sales team.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Partner relations to ensure a growing number of qualified leads are generated.
  • Work within the wider Sales & Marketing team to ensure the Briars Ecosystem and Event strategy is suitably supported by our Global Partner network.
  • Using structured prospecting methods to grow the Global Partner Network within key markets.
  • Qualify and Scope Partner Opportunities - Engage new Partner leads through well-structured discovery calls. With a focus on mid-market clients, you must gain a deep understanding of the client’s business needs and objectives.
  • Pitching for Business – Credibly and charismatically present the Briars solution to gain client commitment. 
  • Quote Production – Diligently and accurately collate internal documentation to clearly present recommended solutions to Briars Global Account Managers.  
  • CRM and Pipeline Management – Log all interactions and maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Event Support – Assist in external events and networking sessions as required to support the broader sales strategy.
  • Internal Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, account management, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between outreach activity and service capability.
  • Activity Targets – Meet monthly activity and output targets across prospecting tasks and revenue goals, with clear KPIs to measure success.

 

Additional Responsibilities:

Who We’re Looking For

B2B Prospecting Experience – You have experience in successful lead generation or outbound sales, ideally within outsourced services.

Target-Oriented – You are motivated by meeting and exceeding activity metrics and generating tangible revenue opportunities.

Digitally Fluent – Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and sales automation platforms.

Highly Organised – Able to manage large volumes of leads and structure your day to maximise output.

Commercially Aware – You understand the challenges of outsourcing HR, payroll, accounting, and compliance functions.

Clear Communicator – You build rapport quickly and know how to tailor messaging to different types of decision-makers.
