We are looking for a high performing Partner Relations Manager to focus on 3 key areas all aimed at growing revenues from our Global Partner Network.
This is a metrics-driven role with clearly defined KPI’s supporting you to achieve monthly targets for activity and commercial output. While primarily remote and desk-based, you may occasionally support in-person events and networking activity alongside the sales team.

Who We’re Looking For
✔ B2B Prospecting Experience – You have experience in successful lead generation or outbound sales, ideally within outsourced services.
✔ Target-Oriented – You are motivated by meeting and exceeding activity metrics and generating tangible revenue opportunities.
✔ Digitally Fluent – Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and sales automation platforms.
✔ Highly Organised – Able to manage large volumes of leads and structure your day to maximise output.
✔ Commercially Aware – You understand the challenges of outsourcing HR, payroll, accounting, and compliance functions.
✔ Clear Communicator – You build rapport quickly and know how to tailor messaging to different types of decision-makers.
