We are now seeking German Payroll Consultants to join this selective network.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional full-time role. It’s an opportunity to operate as an independent consultant, managing your own account, while benefitting from Briars’ reputation, frameworks, and access to global client projects.
As a Briars Global Network Member, you will:
- Deliver payroll services for international businesses employing staff in Germany.
- Ensure compliance with German tax, social security, and employment regulations.
- Support clients with payroll set-up, ongoing processing, reporting, and year-end requirements.
- Provide insight into payroll best practice and employee benefit alignment in Germany.
- Take on short-term, project-based assignments while collaborating with Briars’ wider teams.
Be incentivised to introduce opportunities into Briars, growing both your pipeline and ours.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing payroll in Germany, ideally for international or cross-border businesses.
- Strong technical knowledge of German payroll legislation, social security, and benefits.
- Independent consultant comfortable working on your own account.
- Ability to communicate clearly in English and German with clients and internal teams.
- A collaborative approach – aligned with Briars’ non-negotiable behaviours: Fanatical CX, Guardians of Culture, Trailblazers.
