We are now seeking Fractional Tax Consultants in the UK to join this selective network.
The Opportunity
This is not a conventional full-time role. It’s a chance to operate as an independent consultant, working on your own account, while benefitting from Briars’ global reputation, commercial framework, and access to international projects.
As a Briars Global Network Member, you will:
- Provide UK tax advisory and compliance support to international companies operating in or expanding into the UK.
- Deliver short-term, project-based work including tax structuring, corporate and employment tax advisory, and compliance oversight.
- Operate independently, while collaborating with Briars’ Corporate Services teams to integrate tax advice with finance, payroll, and HR solutions.
- Gain access to projects without the overhead of sourcing clients directly.
- Be incentivised to introduce new opportunities into Briars, benefitting from our commercial incentive model.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified tax adviser (CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with proven UK tax experience.
- Experience advising international or cross-border clients highly desirable.
- Strong technical expertise in UK corporate tax, VAT, and employment tax.
- Self-driven, independent consultant comfortable working on your own account.
- Collaborative mindset, aligned with Briars’ non-negotiable behaviours: Fanatical CX, Guardians of Culture, and Trailblazers.
