We are now seeking Fractional Management Accountants in the US to join this trusted network.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional full-time role. It’s a chance to work as an independent consultant while benefitting from Briars’ commercial framework, reputation, and access to international projects.
As part of the Briars Global Network, you will:
- Deliver management accounting and reporting services to businesses expanding into or scaling across the US.
- Work on short-term, project-based assignments, ensuring clients have clear insight into their operations.
- Operate independently, setting your own account and ways of working, while engaging through Briars’ proven delivery model.
- Gain access to projects without the overhead of sourcing clients directly.
- Be incentivised to introduce opportunities into Briars, helping to grow both your pipeline and ours.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with strong US experience.
- Proven track record in preparing management accounts, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Confidence in advising international clients on financial performance and compliance in the US market.
- Independent, self-driven mindset with the ability to manage your own account.
- Collaborative approach – you’ll be working alongside Briars’ teams and are expected to embody our non-negotiable behaviours: Fanatical CX, Guardians of Culture, and Trailblazers.
