The Opportunity

As a Briars Global Network Member, you will:
- Provide HR consulting and advisory support to overseas companies establishing and scaling in Australia.
- Support clients with policies, employment law, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance in line with local requirements.
- Deliver short-term, project-based work, bringing clarity and confidence to clients navigating the Australian market.
- Operate independently on your own account while engaging through Briars’ proven delivery model.
- Gain access to projects without needing to source clients directly.

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced HR professional with strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR compliance.
- Track record of working with international or scaling businesses.
- Ability to design and deliver HR frameworks that support growth while keeping clients compliant.
- Independent, self-driven mindset with confidence in managing your own account.
- A collaborative approach – willing to work alongside Briars’ teams and uphold our non-negotiable behaviours: Fanatical CX, Guardians of Culture, and Trailblazers.
