Client Relations Manager – Outsourced Professional Services

We are looking for a high performing Client Relations Manager to focus on growing revenues from new clients. 

Working on new client opportunities you will play a key role in generating qualified leads and filling the Sales Pipeline. With support from our Global Solutions Director, Director of Channel Partnerships and our Global Account Managers, you will be involved in each stage of the sales process – From initial prospecting through to close.

You will source these new client opportunities by utilising structured prospecting methods from warm data pots generated through events, digital enquiries, dormant accounts.

You must also possess the pro-active nature to identify key market opportunities and conduct structured cold outreach using a blend of digital tools (LinkedIn, email, CRM tools), telephony and sales automation platforms to engage new prospects. 

This is a metrics-driven role with clearly defined KPI’s supporting you to achieve monthly targets for activity and commercial output. While primarily remote and desk-based, you may occasionally support in-person events and networking activity alongside the sales team.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warm Prospecting – Use of existing data pots across events, digital downloads and dormant account to generate new client opportunities
  • Cold Prospecting – Proactively define and activate outreach campaigns using digital tools, telephony and automation tools
  • Qualify and Scope Partner Opportunities - Engage new Partner leads through well-structured discovery calls. With a focus on mid-market clients, you must gain a deep understanding of the client’s business needs and objectives.
  • Pitching for Business – Credibly and charismatically present the Briars solution to gain client commitment. 
  • Quote Production – Diligently and accurately collate internal documentation to clearly present recommended solutions to Briars Global Account Managers.  
  • CRM and Pipeline Management – Log all interactions and maintain an accurate pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Event Support – Assist in external events and networking sessions as required to support the broader sales strategy.
  • Internal Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, account management, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between outreach activity and service capability.
  • Activity Targets – Meet monthly activity and output targets across prospecting tasks and revenue goals, with clear KPIs to measure success.

Who We’re Looking For

B2B Prospecting Experience – You have experience in successful lead generation or outbound sales, ideally within outsourced services.

Target-Oriented – You are motivated by meeting and exceeding activity metrics and generating tangible revenue opportunities.

Digitally Fluent – Comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and sales automation platforms.

Highly Organised – Able to manage large volumes of leads and structure your day to maximise output.

Commercially Aware – You understand the challenges of outsourcing HR, payroll, accounting, and compliance functions.

Clear Communicator – You build rapport quickly and know how to tailor messaging to different types of decision-makers.
